Every Bulgarian property site. The same flat posted six times at three different prices. The same photos reused again and again. Searching for a property in Sofia used to mean keeping eight tabs open and still missing the one that mattered. So we fixed it.
In late 2024, one of the founders spent three months hunting for a 2-bed in Lozenets. Half the listings on alo.bg were the same as on imot.bg. Some had different prices on different sites. Some had been re-uploaded with new dates to look fresh. By the time you tracked down the real one, it was gone.
That's not really a search problem. Every site does things its own way — its own categories, its own photos, its own spelling of "Лозенец". Nowhere is there a single place that says "this is the flat at 17 Tsar Boris". So buyers end up piecing it together in their heads.
smartimoti does that for you. We bring every site together, recognise when the same property has been posted more than once, and show you only what's worth your time. The tools that came out of it — search by photo, search in plain words, price-drop alerts across every site — exist because we needed them ourselves, not because a roadmap said so.
What we believe
- Free is non-negotiable. Searching listings should never cost money. We charge for AI work, not for letting you browse.
- We don't republish. Every match links back to the site it came from. We help you find them, we don't replace them.
- Speed is a feature. A price-drop alert that arrives an hour late is useless. Sub-minute or we owe you a credit.
- Nothing hidden. When we merge two listings into one, we tell you why — open it and you'll see every site it was posted on, and how sure we are.
The Bulgarian real-estate market deserves better than 26 disjointed portals. We're not here to replace them — we're here to make them work together.
