What is your refund policy?

Simple: if you're not happy within the first 30 days, email us at hello@smartimoti.com and we'll refund you in full — no conditions, no questions asked. We'd rather earn your trust than keep your money.

Do credits expire?

No. Once you buy a pack, the credits sit in your account until you use them — no expiry, no monthly resets, no "use it or lose it".

Is there a subscription?

Yes — subscription plans give you a monthly credit allowance at a discounted rate. You can also skip the subscription entirely and just buy credit packs whenever you need them; those credits never expire. Both options let you cancel or stop at any time.

How do I pay?

Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe checkout. For invoice billing, SEPA, or other Bulgarian methods, drop us a line at hello@smartimoti.com.

How do alerts work?

Save a search, choose how you want to hear about it (email, Telegram, or a notification on your phone), and we'll tell you the moment a matching listing appears or a price drops. Alerts themselves don't cost credits — only the AI checks you run from them.

What data sources do you use?

We read the public listing pages of 26 Bulgarian property sites — the same pages anyone can open. We never republish a full listing; every result links straight back to the original. See Data sources for the full list.
